The successful transformation of the first HAT-R100E pure electric remanufacturing mining card has been completed and stable operation so far, marking the feasibility of transforming the traditional fuel oil mining card into a pure electric mining card in the grand era has been fully verified in the design scheme and technical route. It provides a new solution and valuable experience to solve the "stuck neck" problem of large old fuel oil mining card consumption and high maintenance cost of key components, and also opens up a new idea for the construction of green and intelligent mines.

Grand Era was born in the context of the national "double carbon" goal, actively practicing the "double carbon" strategy, pioneering and innovative, daring to practice, is the first domestic enterprise to study the off-highway fuel mining card "pure electricity remanufacturing" project. As early as the end of 2020, shortly after the company was established, the 100-ton "pure electricity remanufacturing" project based on the high voltage platform was established as the company's first research and development project, and after several investigations and demonstrations by the technical team, the project was officially established and started at the beginning of the next year.

This project is based on the pure electrochemical technology research and development of a 100-ton fuel oil mining card, upgrading the original traditional "engine + gearbox + transmission shaft" to "power battery + traction motor + transmission shaft" to achieve pure electric drive of the whole vehicle, and realizing energy recovery through electric braking when heavy duty downhill, achieving the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction, cost reduction and efficiency. At the same time to solve the domestic large tonnage mining card supporting engine, gearbox "stuck neck" problem.

Compared with the original fuel vehicle, the annual working time of the reformed HAT-R100E pure electric remanufacturing mining card is more than 5000 hours, including the charging time, the attendance rate is the same as that of the same class fuel vehicle, and the integrity rate is higher than that of the original vehicle. The energy consumption and maintenance cost of the vehicle are lower, and the green energy saving and emission reduction of the mine transportation link are realized while meeting the transportation efficiency and efficiency.

HAT-R100E vehicle power performance is 10% higher than before the transformation, energy consumption is only 10%-15% of the transformation, and each vehicle can reduce carbon dioxide emissions of about 890 tons per year.

Taking a multi-metal mine as an example, the energy consumption cost of a single 100-ton HAT-R100E after remanufacturing is about 0.18 yuan/square kilometer, and the energy consumption cost of HAT-R100E is about 12.7% of that before the transformation. It is understood that the annual volume of 100-ton fuel vehicles in the mine is about 1.5 to 1.6 million square kilometers, and the annual energy consumption cost is about 2.2 million yuan; Since the pure tram needs to be charged, the production efficiency is calculated by 90% of the fuel vehicle, and the bicycle can save about 1.73 million yuan of energy consumption for the mine every year.

The annual spare parts cost of 100-ton fuel vehicle is about 800,000 yuan, and the three electric parts are basically maintenance-free parts after remanufacturing, effectively reducing the spare parts consumption, HAT-R100E spare parts cost is about 70% of the transformation before, and the annual spare parts cost can save about 300,000 yuan.

Combined energy consumption costs and spare parts costs, each car can save customers about 2 million yuan per year.
